Why it's worth $99

A single job won covers months of your subscription. We build the list so you can act on it the moment it hits your inbox.

Only your kind of job

No water heater swaps, window replacements or rooftop AC units. We filter out the noise so you only see the permits that need your specific trade.

Verified Phone Numbers

Most job-site rows include the contractor's direct phone number, enabling you to reach decision-makers the same day the permit is issued.

Public Data integrity

Every row is a public permit with its number linked directly to the official City of Austin record. If the city didn't publish it, we don't guess.

Common Questions

Where does the data come from? +

The City of Austin's published records of issued building permits. Every row includes the permit number and a link to the city's own page for it.

Are these people asking for my service? +

No. A permit means work is planned or underway, not that anyone requested a quote. Think of the list as knowing where the work is, early.

What area does it cover? +

Permits issued by the City of Austin, which covers the city limits. Suburbs with their own permit offices aren't included yet.

What does "new to Austin" mean? +

The contractor pulled no City of Austin building permits in the two years before. It doesn't mean the company is new, just new to working in the city.

Can I get it more often than weekly? +

Daily updates are coming. Mention it when you sign up and we'll put you on the early list.

Can I cancel? +

Anytime. No contract, no minimum commitment. We make it easy to scale your marketing as needed.
